Since our formation, Headshot Booker has headed projects all around the US, Europe, and South East Asia. Headshot Booker saves your company valuable time and resources, safely taking your photography project from step one to completion.
We start by defining your brief: team size, office locations, preferred timing and the look you want. Your project manager then coordinates the sessions across your locations.
We map out where your team is located, and pinpoint locations to coordinate with our network.
Then, we source our photographers for each location.
For sessions with on-site image review, photographs are tethered to a computer so your team can review them during the shoot. We agree the session and review arrangements during planning.
We agree the selection process before your sessions. Images can be reviewed on site, or Headshot Booker can provide a proofing gallery after the session for selection.
Selected images are delivered to Headshot Booker's retouching department with final photos delivered in 10-14 days.
Final images are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files with the usage rights agreed for your project. Confirm any required crops, filenames or other formats during planning.
On July 22nd 2020, Headshot Booker organized and executed the largest ever headshot photography event of its kind, 10,000 Headshots. The event offered free professional headshots to workers made unemployed due to the COVID Pandemic. 10,000 Headshots consisted of over 200 Headshot Booker Photographers in 50 States across the US, all on One Day.

Yes. Headshot Booker coordinates photographers and projects across multiple locations. Your project manager works with you on the brief, locations and schedule, so you can manage the project through one photography vendor.
We agree the look before the shoot and brief photographers on the lighting and background. Image selection and retouching are part of the planning, helping the photographs work together as a team collection.
Start with the number of people at each location and the times they are available. We work with your coordinator on the schedule. For an event, share the agenda too, so headshot sessions can be planned around the rest of the day.
Images can be reviewed on site. A proofing gallery is another option for choosing images after the session. We agree the selection approach with you as part of planning.
Final images are supplied as high-resolution JPEGs with the usage rights agreed for your project. Tell us where the images will be used and any requirements for filenames, crops or delivery when we discuss the brief.
Our published process allows 10–14 days for final photographs. If you have a launch or other deadline, include it in your inquiry so we can discuss the timetable and image-selection requirements before the project begins.
Yes. Headshot Booker also works with event photographers. If you need both, include the event schedule and the moments you want covered so we can discuss the full brief together.
An approximate headcount, the locations involved and your preferred timeframe are a useful start. Add an existing headshot example or style reference if you have one, and tell us how you plan to use the finished images. It is fine if some details are still being worked out.
